Refund policy

30-day trial
Try your Velyvra kit at home for 30 days after it arrives. If it isn't working for you or your dog, email us at velyvra@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. No need to send it back, and no return shipping to pay. The trial is limited to one refund per customer.

Bought 2 kits?
The trial covers each kit. We'll refund what you paid for any kit you're not happy with.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the day you ordered, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

How refunds work
We process refunds within 3 business days of your email. The money goes back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
